Shipping Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

• Courier: We use Evri for all UK deliveries.

• Delivery Time: Estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• Shipping Cost: Flat rate of £2.49 per order.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Peak pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and hygiene labels still attached.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We recommend using a tracked service when posting returns back to us.
