Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every PEAK piece — but if it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
🕒 Return Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period.
💸 Return Shipping (Refunds vs. Exchanges)

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage and arranging their own courier service. We will provide the return address once the return request has been approved.

If you’re exchanging an item (e.g. for a different size), we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Please note, this applies to one exchange per order only — any further exchanges for the same order will require the customer to cover all shipping costs.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem.

Submit an exchange request via our return portal.

We’ll process your new item once we receive the original.

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for your refund to appear.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
