Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every PEAK piece — but if it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

 


🕒 Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 

    We also reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period.

 


💸 Return Shipping (Refunds vs. Exchanges)

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage and arranging their own courier service. We will provide the return address once the return request has been approved.

  • If you’re exchanging an item (e.g. for a different size), we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Please note, this applies to one exchange per order only — any further exchanges for the same order will require the customer to cover all shipping costs.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem.

  • Submit an exchange request via our return portal.

  • We’ll process your new item once we receive the original.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

 


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for your refund to appear.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
