- Machine wash cold (max 30°C)
- Turn garment inside out before washing
- Wash with similar colours
- Avoid fabric softeners (can damage elastane fibres)
- Do not bleach

- Do not tumble dry (protects elastane fibres)
- Lay flat or hang to air dry
- Iron inside out on a cool setting if needed (steaming is possible but not recommended)
